It has been almost a month now, and its been going by fast! We got home from tour. It has been two dirty but fun weeks! - You get to know each other very well when you are six people in a van. We were Adam, Michael, Elisha(the guitar player), Ryan(the bass player for the tour), Jon(the driver/mechanic) and I. And it has been fun to get to know all of them a lot better. They are all great guys, and i enjoy hanging out with them!
It has been two weeks with a lot of experiences. We have been at 11 shows in 7 different states, and for me 4 was new states.
One of the cool things for me was seeing Elk Horn in Iowa, which is a danish city. There were a danish Windmill which is originally from Nørre Snede in Denmark. Adam got the 2 other bands to stop too and drive 12 miles longer to go see this small little city. So we got a few cool pictures from there, and i bought some ”rugbrød” and ”remoulade” :-P
It has been great helping out with the band, and i have enjoyed it a lot! - But what i have enjoyed the most is just the company of Adam, and knowing he is around and by my side finally. And to get to know the things about him you cant talk about over the phone. That has been awesome. And i am so happy i dont have to think and worry about going home for the next long while, i can relax and enjoy it in a whole other way than the other times we have been together:-)
A few days ago we got home from Cornerstone Festival. This was my second year. It was a good week, but it was sad that so many people who used to go was not present this year. A Hill To Die Upons shows were great though! - There were quite a lot of people at their shows, and people were excited about it. They were too, the only black/death metal band at Cornerstone this year.
But it has been good. Now we are back home. I am realxing, editing video from tour these days.

Finally here in Monmouth, Illinois...I felt so at home as soon as i had crossed immigration in Chicago. Here to stay for 6 months:-)
These days we have been preparing for tour and the guys played two shows already. I have been organizing the merchendise, so everything is ready.
Today we will be leaving to go on tour the next two weeks. And then Cornerstone the week after. So it will be 3 intense weeks, but i am really looking forward to it!
That will be all for now:-)

Update! - Finally:-P
Its been awhile since i have been writing something in here, actually about 9-10 months.
Since i returned home form the states last summer i have been working in the restaurant in IKEA in Odense, where i still live. It is a very good place to work and i am very thankful i have gotten this job. I have some awesome co-workers!
But because i have been so occuppied by work it seems like i havent been doing much with Sanctuary. But we did make a decision to lay low for a while. But i am very excited to start working on everything some more in not too long:-)
Besides work, and a little amount of Sanctuary work, my mind has been in the states a lot. I meet Adam last summer and we have been together since, so in 4 days we can celebrate our 10 months anniversary:-D Through him i have learned so much about guys, about the states and culture but especially about myself. But the thing i am most excited about is i have really realized how much God loves me since he would give me such an awesome guy, to give me so much joy.
It is of course not always fun to have the love of your life soo many miles away. But through Gods love and support we have grown stronger.
Adam came to Europe in October. We went to Destruction Fest in England and Nordic Fest in Norway. Both trips were amazing and we had so much fun. It was my first time at Destruction Fest, i always enjoy experiencing how things are done in different places and cultures, and just meeting new people and hanging out. Nordic Fest was a pleasure as always and this was my 4th time there:-) Adam of course spend some days here in Denmark too between the two festivals, which was amazing too:-) Its great to be able to show him where i come from:-)
In January i went to the states to visit Adam and his family for two weeks. I was able to be there for his birthday:-) This was too an amazing experience, the worst part is having to leave:-P
Since then i have been working and working. But now i can look forward to spending 6 months in the states from the 10th of June. So there is a little more than a month left now. And i cant wait! - I will be going on tour with Adams band A Hill To Die Upon, and help out with merch. And end the tour on Cornerstone like last summer:-) Then i will be spending time with Adam, and the 17th of September i will be in Nashville at a dicipleship conference, Pastor Bob is the head of. It will last 80 days. So 80 days of getting to know the bible some more:-) After that i will return to Adam for a weeks or so and then return home. I am really really looking forward to get going:-D

Day 31 and 32!
Today Adam was called in earlier to work, and got of earlier. In the meantime i spend the day playing Wii and sitting at my computer:-P
Well when Adams mom Patricia came home i helped her make dinner and we got a great talk. Then Elisha came. The other guitar player from A Hill To Die Upon. Him, me, Patricia and Michael picked up some stuff. The family is selling kitchen and bathroom cabins.
When Adam came home we went to his grandparents to pick up a couch. They are really nice people! It was cool to see a bit more of the area too as we were driving.
After the couch was put in place Michael, Elisha, Adam and I walked to the "Dairy Queen" which is a place where they have really good ice cream!! On our way home we rented some movies.
The next morning we spend 4 hours in a car driving to Chicago. I had to fly back home to Denmark, which went very well:-)
It was sad leaving! - But i know i will be back not too far away in the furture. All in all, it has been an awesome trip!!

Day 30 - Catch, movies, and Wiiii....
(Where i am at in Illiois)
Today Adam woke me up and we spend some time together before he had to leave to go to work. I then put all my CDs into my computer, and then on my iPod. Now i should have enough music to listen to on my way home in the plane:-P
Then iplayed some Resident Evil 4 on Wii once again:-P And then rode the bike to Adam work to eat. I really like the bike! - And it is so nice after i have not been riding mine for a month, and i am use to it every day normally.
In general i really like this place! - The weather is so nice, and i enjoy being surrounded by cornfields. It is so different and nice when you are use to live in a big city. So i really enjoy it!
When i returned i spend some more time on my computer, and playing a lot of Resident Evil 4. When Adam came home, Michael, him and me whent outside tp play catch for a few minutes.
Then we all went to the barn. Adam and i played some different games on Wii and xbox and then watched Shaun of the Dead:-)

Day 29 - Fireworks, wii, and so much more!
I woke up today to the sound of Adam coming up the stairs and a goodmorning.
I spend some hours playing some Wii - Resident Evil 4, and checking e-mail and so on. At 3:45 i rode a bike to Adams work which is very close to where he lives, to spend some time together eating:-)
After a while of being home Michael came home from work to pick me up to go get some things done. We went to a CD store and i bought 10 CDs:-P Many used ones, it is just so cheap here!
We went on to drop of a pillow to an older lady, and then to drop of Adams pictures from Cornerstone to get developed. Then we can see them tomorrow.
When we came home Adam had just returned home too. We spend some time firering fireworks, and then we played Wii, xbox and saw a movie:-)
It has been an awesome day!
But i have no pictures though:-P

Day 28 - Going to Illinois!
I started the day very early today! I got one hour of sleep, and then Andreas drove me to the airport, because today i was going to Illinois. The last 5 days of my stay here in The States, i will spend with Adam:-) I have been looking so much forward to see him again, after we decided to take the next step and be more than just friends:-)
Well, i took my first flight from Nashville at 7:10am. I pretty much slept the whole way to St. Paul. I was sooo tired! - Then i found the next plane very easy, and left St. Paul at 10:15. I was in Peoria at 12:00, where i was picked up by Adam, Michael and James. We went to get something to eat in Wall-Mart and then went in to a Baseball game!
That was fun to try! - It is really a cool part of the American culture. I tried to keep up with the rules, who are quite complicated, but i learned a lot more today!
After the game we went home to Adam and Michael, to change car and drop off stuff, and i got to meet his parents, and got to see where i have to sleep. Then Adam drove us to a Wall-Mart where Michael and I hung out, until Adam returned. And then off too the theatre to watch Harry Potter 6:-)
It was really good!! - Then we drove home to his parents house, and Adam and Michael showed me the barn where they live. A really cool place!!
