"Hus Forbi"

Yesterday i went shopping for christmas gifts in town. While i was walking around in all kind of different directions to find what i wanted i passed a man a few times who was selling this paper called "Hus Forbi".(something like "House Passed" a bit difficult to translate directly.) It is a magazine about homelessness, which homeless people can buy very cheap and then sell to people on the street to earn some money for the day. When i passed i just felt so materialistic, with all my bags with christmas gifts, and i really felt like buying that paper. So i walked up to him and bought one. He was just so nice and when i walked away again i just felt that kind of warm and love that only God can give. And then i knew that what i had just done was a impulse from God. Something he had just lead me to without me thinking much about it. I love when he uses me like that!
And that whole experience just remeinded me that God can use us no matter whereever in the world we are, no matter what job we have and so on. Little things are just as good as big ones in the eyes of God. We just need to let God use us:-)

All glory to God!!

Home from Nordic Fest 2007!

Im home again after a wonderful trip to Oslo. Me and a bunch of other danes took the bus...A very fun trip, but when we arrived in Oslo the next morning at 7:00 we were all very tired...

Here are some great people in the bus: Signe and David

Here are a picture of the whole group together:

Besides all these great danes, there were another group of danes who took the plane...It was great hanging out with them, but also great hanging out with new and old friends from other countries. The fellowship on Nordic Fest is very special, and i enjoy it. I love meeting new people. As Pastor Bob said in his sermon: "We are family". And it really feels like family being with these wonderful people. Im looking forward to see them all again.
We "slept" and hung out in a place called "The Cave" - Its an old shelter. In fact if some kind of emergency comes it is still the place were people haft to be evacuated to.

This is the bed i slept in: There is actually 3 layers of beds...

The concerts were great, and it was a special experience to see Motification. The vocalist and basist Steve Rowe is a living miracle. He has been sick with different lifethreadning diseases. One time he was told he only had 2 hours to live in, that is now 10 years ago! really amazing story...
Besides that there were many other great concerts, i really enjoyed Once Dead and The Waekening too...

Here is a picture of Steve Rowe from Motification:

Thanks to everybody who made this festival happen and those who were there! It has been great!!
