Birthday....

Well, this day kind of came as a surprise to me. I guess i have just had so much in my head(school, "work", concerts, festivalplanning and so on). So actually i forgot the day. I have never tried that before. I had to arrange a meeting a week ago and i was looking at my calender and sending an sms asking people if they were free this very day. I remembered right after sending...wups..I guess i have just proven that you can forget your birthday, or maybe just that i am very absentminded:-P
I had a great day which i spend with my family, after being in school. They had made a nice dinner, and we rented some movies, so it was a great day!

The movies we rented was:

Transformers:

I have heard from different people that this movie should be a really great movie, but i did not expect much from it, so it really suprised me in a good way! - It is very good:-)

Fracture:

This movie were also good. You should not see it if you are very tired, because if you miss anything it will be hard to keep track(just ask my mom:-P)

Yet another hole in my head:-P

Today i had a few hours of waiting to go to the dentist, so i was kind of stuck in our local shoppingcentre in Odense. So i decided to go get my ear pierced at the jewellery store. Something i have wanted to do since October or something like that:-P Now its finally there:-)
I have to wear the silver thingy for 6 weeks!

Vacation!

I just had a week of vacation! – Really nice! I spend most of it at my grandparents house with my brother. Just relaxing, doing a bit of homework, and helping my grandparents a bit. It was nice to have time with my brother, even though we live at home together there is not much time in the rush of everydaylife. On the picture below he is hiding from me in my sleepingbag that i was trying to pack:-P

My grandparent has always been very supportive of me, and during boardingschool they invited me and some friends over once in a while to have dinner. That has really meant a lot more to me and my friends than they probably know.
The rest of the vacation(two days) I spend in Fjellerup with some of friends! – It was nice seeing them again, it has been a while:-) We were planning a Christian metal festival in may(Green Light District Festival). Besides planning we had a lot of fun too! – Such a great mix and weekend! – God blesses us SO much I can not believe it! He is so much greater than you think! - There could not be a better experience to start school on:-)

Kansas City!

I haven not wrote anything since just after new years eve, and a few things have happend since.
I was at a concert a week ago with some friends at a place called Kansas City here in Odense. Besides being a great place for concerts it also has 40 rooms for bands to practice. They help a lot of musicians!
One of my friends told me that he worked there as a volunteer. It sounded really like a cool job! I decieded to contact Kansas City. I did and i talked to the nice woman who booke bands and are in charge of the volunteers. She told me that they mostly have metal concerts cause most of the staff loves metal, and the place is very underground!! There are also many benifits in the job, such as free concerts whenever i want, and i can bring a friend for free too, and much more. If you live in Odense i think you should check it out! I just had my first shift this thursdag. It is a great place to be! There are some really nice people, and you get to meet, a lot of cool bands:-P
I think i am really going to enjoy this! We are 2 christians working there and we are trying to get them to arrange a concert with some christian metal bands, and the best thing is that they are up for it!
My first shift was a night with 4 metal bands:

SPECTRAL MORTUARY (DK)
DESTINITY (FR)
SEVERE TORTURE (NL)
DEW-SCENTED (DE)

Cool, and very nice bands! They were very thankful for our work - It was really a great night. Even though the work was hard(a lot of walking and lifting) it was relaxing. I guess it was because i love metal and im relaxed around it. So working while its being played, is just perfect. Once in a while i could take a break and listen to the music:-)
I really felt like this is something that God want me to do. To get some knowledge about metal, and meet some people who loves metal, but are not christians. In that way i think i can learn a lot about their way of thinking, and it may be useful later on. Only God knows! - So im just going to follow through with watever he wants me to:-)

"Hus Forbi"

Yesterday i went shopping for christmas gifts in town. While i was walking around in all kind of different directions to find what i wanted i passed a man a few times who was selling this paper called "Hus Forbi".(something like "House Passed" a bit difficult to translate directly.) It is a magazine about homelessness, which homeless people can buy very cheap and then sell to people on the street to earn some money for the day. When i passed i just felt so materialistic, with all my bags with christmas gifts, and i really felt like buying that paper. So i walked up to him and bought one. He was just so nice and when i walked away again i just felt that kind of warm and love that only God can give. And then i knew that what i had just done was a impulse from God. Something he had just lead me to without me thinking much about it. I love when he uses me like that!
And that whole experience just remeinded me that God can use us no matter whereever in the world we are, no matter what job we have and so on. Little things are just as good as big ones in the eyes of God. We just need to let God use us:-)

All glory to God!!
